Shipping nationwide is available using American Airlines or Continental Airlines for $250 (other major airlines are used when these aren't available, but the cost is usually about $50 more). Shipping includes vet check, health certificate, delivery to the airport, travel crate, PayPal fees (or credit card fees), and airfare.
